We expect to meet your timetable and make the process one you want to repeat, not avoid. We specialize in serving the needs of the downtown client, where responsiveness, convenience, creativity, and the ability to navigate the environment is critical.

Getting the details right from the start sets the stage for the rest of the project to flow smoothly. Our unique model minimizes handoffs and maximizes accountability. We ask the right questions, not simply interpret a set of drawings.

Additionally, Dan O’Neill, General Superintendent, ensures site safety across all active job sites.  He has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and, along with management, is responsible for creating and implementing job-specific safety plans, company safety policies, workplace inspections, accident investigations, training, and compliance with the federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Our safety plans also incorporate our subcontractors and vendors while working to adhere to specific building programs as well.

Garland Building has no OSHA recordable incidents in the 12 years we have been in business.

At Garland Building safety is everyone’s responsibility… we are DEDICATED TO SAFETY.
