Ceres

Ceres was a 2 phase 17,00 SF demolition and build-out. Ceres is a nonprofit focused on saving the environment through relationships and education to improve sustainability worldwide. Therefore all materials used were carefully chosen and the design replicated their company ideals and mission.

The design was highlighted by utilizing new HVAC and lighting technologies to provide office comfort while minimizing costs and energy usage. Architectural design aspects were characterized by full height glass walls and large open areas to allow for more natural light to travel through the space. Reclaimed woods are evident in the reception and meeting areas along with cork flooring as accent areas as well.
