Garland, working in partnership with Visnick & Caulfield and WB Engineers, upgraded this 5,820 SF office space with the intent of integrating the floor-to-ceiling views of bustling Boylston Street as part of Transformation Capital’s new Boston location.
Renovations included building many new offices affixed with glass office fronts; reconfigurations to existing electrical lighting and HVAC equipment to better suit their needs; the addition of many new electrical and data locations throughout the space to accommodate their custom audio/visual technology solutions including, conference room schedulers and monitors with integrated controls at each location; and elevating their security access controls by installing cloud-based software with new locking hardware and card readers that can be controlled remotely.
